GARP/Latent TGF-β1 Target Cell
| I. Background | |
| GARP（Glycoprotein A Repetitions Predominant）與 Latent TGF-β1（轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子β1 的 潛伏形式）是免疫調(diào)節(jié)中密切關(guān)聯(lián)的關(guān)鍵分子，共同參與維持免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)及疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展。 GARP 基因位于人類染色體 9q34.3深刻變革，編碼一種跨膜蛋白實際需求，屬于富集重復(fù)序列（LRR） 家族，其結(jié)構(gòu)包含多個 LRR 結(jié)構(gòu)域大數據，賦予其結(jié)合特定配體的能力長效機製。Latent TGF-β1 是 TGF- β1 的前體形式，由 TGF-β1 前體蛋白經(jīng)加工形成復(fù)合物數字技術，包含成熟的 TGF-β1奮戰不懈、潛伏相關(guān)肽 （LAP）及可能的 GARP 蛋白，處于無活性狀態(tài)措施，需激活后才能發(fā)揮生物效應(yīng)大大縮短。 GARP 的核心功能是作為細(xì)胞表面受體，結(jié)合并呈遞 Latent TGF-β1緊密相關。在調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細(xì)胞 （Tregs）中更默契了，GARP 高表達(dá)，通過錨定 Latent TGF-β1 于細(xì)胞表面培訓，形成 GARP-Latent TGF-β1 復(fù)合物不合理波動。當(dāng) Tregs 受到整合素等信號刺激時，Latent TGF-β1 可被激活重要工具，釋放成熟的 TGF-β1積極拓展新的領域，從而抑制周圍免疫細(xì)胞的活化，維持免疫耐受，防止自身免疫反應(yīng)多種方式。 | |
